Who we are
AirXP is operated by Etiquette ("we"). This policy covers airxp.in and airxp.etiquetteai.in.
What we collect
Account details you provide (email, name, optional mobile number and travel preferences), flights and airports you save, and feedback or queue reports you submit. We also record privacy-light product events (such as which airports or services are viewed) using a random session identifier.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not log passwords, one-time codes or API keys. Single passenger queue reports are never shown on their own; they are aggregated.
Why we use it
To provide your journey guidance and alerts, secure your account, improve AirXP and, in aggregate, give airports anonymous experience analytics.
Third parties
Flight information comes from external aviation data providers. Weather comes from Open-Meteo. Maps use OpenStreetMap. Email delivery is through our configured mail provider.
Your choices
You can update notification preferences and your travel profile in the app, and ask us to delete your account at hello@etiquetteai.in.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
