Flights
AirXP does not sell flight tickets. Refunds for tickets are handled by your airline or booking agent.
Marketplace services
During the pilot, marketplace reservations are requests with no online payment taken by AirXP. Cancellations and refunds for lounge, parking, taxi and other services are governed by the provider’s terms, shown when you reserve.
